This year has brought a lot of uncertainty, disappointment, and especially loneliness for all of us. I don’t know about you, but I’m feeling the desire to be “together” with friends and family stronger than I can ever remember. Vision: Together will be a time to gather international students together in-person and virtually. We’ll grow personally, experience a unique global community, and explore who God is through spiritual conversations. Let’s explore the different parts of our conference together.

Family Groups

All students will be gathered into “family groups” to experience the conference together. We’ll meet every day in-person or virtually (depending on the Covid-19 restrictions in your city) to process what we’re learning and discuss on a more personal level. This group of 8-10 people will be your “family” throughout the conference, and will most likely be based on your location. We’ll also be paired with another family group for a “voyage,” or fun experience to share! During this time, you can look forward to getting to know international students studying in other US cities.

Main Speakers

Tune into the conference interactive platform (with your local Bridges or from your own device) to listen to our main session speakers! We surveyed international students to find out the most relevant topics, and this year will learn about relationships, mental health, and faith and science. You’ll also enjoy beautiful music and visual art during these times, and later discuss what you learn during family group time.

Seminars

During the second and third day of the conference, you’ll connect with others from a similar culture and background during our seminar time. With 9 different seminars to choose from, you’ll be sure to make new friends and experience engaging activities together. We hope you can join us for a life-changing time together January 1-3, 2021! The cost to participate as a student will be $19 (and you’ll receive some fun Vision: Together swag in the mail).
